SHAVR is an on-chain scratch lottery on Solana. You buy a ticket with SOL, USDC or $SHAV, scratch it, and prizes are paid in liquid Solana assets — BONK, WIF, JUP and more — delivered straight to your wallet.

One odds table applies to every tier — higher tiers scale prize amounts, never probabilities. 55% of tickets pay something; the overall prize rate is 70% of ticket volume, pity included.

* PRISM jackpot pays from the progressive pot; while the pot is below max, the jackpot equals the current pot — always shown live. Pity: 10 consecutive zonks make the next scratch pay at least money-back, and the luck meter is displayed on screen.

Every roll is computed as HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed + ":" + nonce). The SHA-256 hash of the active server seed is published before any scratch uses it. Seeds rotate every 24 hours or 10,000 scratches, whichever comes first — the old seed is revealed at rotation.

• Your client seed defaults to a random string and can be changed any time.
• The verify page recomputes any historical roll in your browser — no API trust needed.
• Prize payouts are on-chain transfers from the public pool wallet, visible on Solscan.

Prizes are fixed in USD at the moment of the roll and accrue to your balance ledger. Each win is assigned an asset from the prize board (BONK, WIF, JUP, POPCAT, PENGU, FARTCOIN, SOL, RAY, PYTH, MEW) deterministically from the same roll, so the verify page reproduces the asset too.

Not live at launch — this is the phase 5 distribution layer, documented here so the plan is public. Bind your wallet to your X handle once (one signed message on the web app — the agent never holds your keys). Commands then become posts, and every reveal is a public reply with a verify link attached.

• Planned limits: 50 scratches per day through the agent, 30s cooldown between commands.
• Minimum X account age: 3 months (anti-bot).
• The Telegram bot ships earlier, in phase 4.

Odds are identical for everyone. $SHAV buys volume, access and prestige — never probability.

• The prize pool hot wallet and cold treasury addresses are published — audit solvency any time on Solscan. Coverage ratio (pool ÷ outstanding balances) is shown live, target floor 1.5x.
• Withdrawals under $100 are instant and automated; the hot wallet has a daily outflow cap.
• Launch policy: 100% of pump.fun creator fees seed the prize pool for the first 30 days (then 50/50 with treasury).
• SHAVR never custodies your wallet — deposits are transfers you sign, prizes are tokens you receive.

SHAVR is an entertainment product involving games of chance with published odds. It is not an investment product, a securities offering, or financial advice. Prizes are fixed in USD at roll time and paid in volatile third-party Solana assets whose value can move after payout. $SHAV is a utility token for access and in-app perks — it carries no profit expectation, no equity, and no claim on revenue.
